Are We There Yet? was founded by Dea Hoover in 2005, combining her love of travel with her Business Degree from Wash U. Along the way she hired Declan to plan a tour to Ireland, and they ended up getting married a few years later. She also recruited Maggie, the wife of a childhood friend, to run the office and keep track of everything!
